I am a lifetime resident of Treasure Island, 5th generation Floridian and have been a full time, top producing Realtor for over 30 years in the Tampa Bay Area. I am licensed as a Broker-Associate and hold the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and e-PRO Designations, held by only 4% of all Realtors.
LOADS of experience, connections and contacts are what is most helpful to my clients and customers as I help them buy and sell real estate along the Gulf Beaches of Tampa Bay and the greater St. Petersburg area. My motto is: "Experience doesn't cost...it pays!!”
My advanced commercial real estate training and sales experience have led to many successful transactions for my clients. I can also offer Exclusive Buyer Representation services in both residential and commercial transactions. I know and have great relationships with many other Realtors in town and can speak very well to the local market conditions, zoning regulations and local economy. As a standard business practice, I preview homes as they become available, keeping you apprised of market conditions as they evolve.
As a native of the Tampa Bay area, I know the differences in the neighborhoods, condominium developments and can save you LOTS of time and hassle. While the Internet is great and has LOTS of "info" out there, at some point you will need to take your home-search OFF-LINE and this is where my experience, negotiation skills, local knowledge and clear communication will be extremely helpful to you and your family. Trial and error is expensive AND a waste of time!
